Cold Response 2010, which is a Norwegian armed forces multinational, invitational exercise with participants from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Austria and other NATO partners, is focused on cold weather maritime/amphibious operations, interoperability of expeditionary forces and special and ground operations.
