Marine Cpl. Isaac Graham is a Reservist who works at the NAWCWD Laser Instrumentation and Designation Team as a civil servant at China Lake. Graham is a main battle tank mechanic for the M1A1 Abrams attached to Alpha Company, 4th Tank Battalion, 4th Marine Division, and Marine Forces Reserve at Camp Pendleton, Calif.

Marine Cpl. Isaac Graham is a Reservist who works at the NAWCWD Laser Instrumentation and Designation Team as a civil servant at China Lake. NAWCWD electronics technician Isaac Graham operates a portable laser designator during a test at the Laser Instrumentation and Designation test facility at China Lake. Graham is a Marine Reservist who works for Weapons Division when not fulfilling his Marine responsibilities. Graham has the unique opportunity to develop equipment as a civil servant that impacts his mission while serving as a Marine in combat. "The lasers and laser guided weapons systems I test and evaluate today could be the very thing that saves my life one day," Graham said.

The Regional, Culture and Language Familiarization program has been expanded, and is now mandatory for Reserve-component sergeants with a date of rank on or after May 1, 2013, officers commissioned on or after April 1, 2009 and warrant officers commissioned on or after Feb. 1, 2011.
