Lt. Gen. Steven A. Hummer, commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North speaks with first and second-year students enrolled in the Marine Corps College of Distance Education and Training Expeditionary Warfare School, non-resident seminar at the Marine Corps Support Facility here, May 1. Hummer focused his comments on what sets the Corps apart from its sister organizations and he credited that difference to the education Marines receive early in their careers, starting with boot camp and Officer Candidate School.
