Celebrating Unity, Battle of New Orleans Bicentennial Chalmette Battlefield
Volunteers reenacting as American Soldiers in the War of 1812 march in a demonstration at the Jean Lafitte National Historic Park and Preserve Jan. 10, 2015. The park hosted a series of living history events on the Chalmette Battlefield in Chalmette, La., Jan. 8-10 commemorating the bicentennial of the 1815 Battle of New Orleans.
