Lt. Gen. Richard P. Mills, commander of Marine Forces Reserve, admires the painting titled “Rescue Me” at the dedication ceremony for the painting by Louisiana artist Dale Fairbanks at the Hale Boggs Federal Building in New Orleans, La., Aug. 25, 2015. “Rescue Me” is based off of televised imagery of an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter rescuing stranded citizens in New Orleans’ Ninth Ward in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The dedication ceremony was one of dozens of events this week commemorates the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina on Aug. 29, 2015.
