The Force Headquarters Group color guard presents the colors to Lt. Gen. Rex C. McMillian, commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North, during the FHG change of command ceremony at the Federal City Auditorium, New Orleans, Aug. 13, 2016.
