Two CH-53E helicopters from SPMAGTF-SC make the flight from Honduras to Haiti as part of the Hurricane Matthew response bypassing a lonely island on the otherwise empty route over the Caribbean Sea, October 4, 2016. The helicopters, crew and maintainers, along with other SPMAGTF-SC Marines, supported humanitarian assistance operations in Haiti for two weeks until follow-on forces arrived. A detachment from Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 772, Marine Aircraft Group 49, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, formed the task force's aviation element. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by SSgt Derek Torrellas)
