Gunnery Sgt. Kila Legler, the staff secretary for 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, discusses how potential drug use can damage a Junior ROTC candidate’s future, during Red Ribbon Week, at McDonogh 35 High School in New Orleans, Oct. 23, 2017. Every October, Marines with MARFORRES participate in Red Ribbon Week events, by traveling to local high schools to talk to students about their life experiences, and the negative effects of drugs and alcohol.
