Staff Sgt. Bryan Jacobs, parachute safety officer with 3rd Force Reconnaissance Company, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, tests the wind speed in order to determine the high altitude release point at Stennis Space Center in Hancock County, Mississippi, Dec. 14, 2017.
