Age 28, Simi Valley, California Staff Sgt. Cullins died of wounds sustained while conducting combat operations in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. He was an individual mobilization augmentee. While deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, he was assigned to 1st Marine Logistics Group (FWD), I Marine Expeditionary Force (FWD). He died on October 19, 2010.
