Age 21, Milford, Connecticut Cpl. Pierson died while conducting combat operations in the Al Anbar Province, Iraq. He was assigned to Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 25th Marines, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, Plainville, Connecticut and was attached to Regimental Combat Team 5, I MEF (Forward). He died on August 25, 2006.
