Sgt. Brandon Amarahale, personnel clerk with Installation Personnel Administration Center, Headquarters Battalion, Marine Forces Reserve, demonstrates a burpee to the Loyola University New Orleans baseball team members, at Loyola University New Orleans, Jan. 12, 2019. Master Sgt. Bryan Smith, assistant Marine officer instructor for Tulane University, and Marines with MARFORRES led a workout session that was physically and mentally challenging.
