A member of the Loyola University New Orleans baseball team performs abdominal exercises at Loyola University New Orleans, Jan. 12, 2019. Master Sgt. Bryan Smith, assistant Marine officer instructor for Tulane University and Marines with Marine Forces Reserve led a workout session that was physically and mentally challenging.
