Lt. Gen. David G. Bellon, commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North, hosts a reception celebrating 300 years since the founding of Algiers at his residence in the LeBeuf Plantation House in New Orleans on Nov. 20, 2019. The house is informally known as Quarters “A,” having been built in 1840 and gifted to the Marines by the Navy.
