U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Federico Gomez, the motor transportation chief with Delta Company, 4th Law Enforcement Battalion, Marine Forces Reserve, dresses as Santa Claus before handing gifts to the students of Shungnak School in Shungnak, Alaska, Dec. 8, 2021. The “Alaska Marines” went to Alaska’s Northwest Arctic Borough and traveled by snowmobile and aircraft to dress as Santa Claus and deliver toys to children in remote villages belonging to Alaskan Natives in support of the Marine Forces Reserve Toys for Tots program.
