U.S. Navy sailors and Marine Forces Reserve Command Master Chief Carrie Weser, pose for a photo during Senior Medical Department Representative Seminar 2022 at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Jan. 12, 2022. Marines Forces Reserve held its annual Senior Medical Department Representative (SMDR) Training in New Orleans, LA from Jan. 11-13. The attendees represented the Active, Selected Reserve Components, and other training and reserve support staff from across the country. The training focused on mobilization readiness, Sailor development, as well as policy and procedures that effect Marines and Sailors throughout the force.
