U.S. Reserve Marines with the 6th Engineer Support Battalion (ESB), 4th Marine Logistics Group, pose for a class photo while attending Corporals Course, at Fort Custer Training Center, (FCTC) Michigan National Guard Base, Augusta, Michigan, July 25, 2022. Marines assigned to units across 6th ESB attended the reserve Corporals Course, which is designed to provide the warfighting skills, core values and mindset necessary for effective leadership of a team and subordinate Marines and used FCTC due to location, amenities, and facilities offered at FCTC.
