Brig. Gen. Kevin G. Collins, Deputy Commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces South, speaks to Marines during the 4th Marine Division Logistics Symposium at The Higgins Hotel in New Orleans on January 11, 2023. The gathering of logistics professionals enabled meaningful discussions for increasing preparedness across all the functional areas of maintenance, supply, embarkation, facilities and fiscal matters. The symposium allowed for the exchange of ideas on how to achieve a constant state of mobilization readiness as it relates to manning, training and equipping Marines with necessary skills to achieve mission readiness.
