U.S. Marines with 4th Law Enforcement Battalion, Force Headquarters Group, Marine Force Reserve use a tourniquet on a simulated casualty during a casualty evacuation drill hosted by Marine Wing Support Squadron 174, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force at Cagayan North International Airport, Lal-Lo, Luzon, Philippines April 18, 2025 in support of Exercise Balikatan 25. Balikatan is a longstanding annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. military designed to strengthen our ironclad alliance, improve our capable combined force, and demonstrate our commitment to regional security and stability.
