U.S. Marines from 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Battalion 7th Marines and Marine Air Support Squadron 6, pose with Chilean Marines in front of U.S. and Chilean Marine Corps Light Armored Vehicles at an Expeditionary Advanced Base in Puerto Aldea, Chile, on Sept. 6, 2024, while participating in Exercise UNITAS LXV. The U.S. and Chilean Marines took a group photo to commemorate their combined training at UNITAS LXV and to celebrate the partnership between the countries. UNITAS focuses on strengthening our existing regional partnerships and encouraging new relationships through the exchange of maritime mission-focused knowledge and expertise. (U. S.
