Cobra AHT-1Z and Huey UH-1Y gunships circle their targets in preparation for day/night aerial gunnery missions on range 59C at Fort Dix. The squadron is based at Joint Base McGuire–Dix–Lakehurst, NJ and falls under the command of Marine Aircraft Group 49 (MAG-49).
