Cpl. Adam Marlatt checks a local council member from Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, for any signs of radioactive contamination in the aftermath of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster. The councilman had been wearing the same jacket for days as he worked in the disaster zone and was concerned about contamination.
