Slavonic, currently performing the duties of Undersecretary of the Navy, coins a Marine with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 773 at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans in Belle Chasse, Louisiana, Jan. 5, 2021.
