Who we are
We are a small element within the MARFORRES G-1 Operations Section that is responsible for two major groups of Active-Duty Operation Support (ADOS) orders. First, we advertise and source for individual and joint individual augments to support the needs of the Total Force and Joint requirements - these can be in support of exercises, contingencies or operations. Secondly, we advertise available ADOS orders in support of both Active Component and Reserve Component units, either CONUS or OCONUS.
What this page does for you
This page allows Active Component and Reserve Component units to submit billets for advertisement within MARFORRES, gaining access to SMCR, IMA and IRR Marines from around the country. MFR Sourcing may, upon the request of a unit and per our standard operating procedures, directly solicit eligible personnel within the Reserve Component in support of your requested billet. Please contact MARFORRES Sourcing via the POCs listed at the bottom of the page for additional information.
FUNDING
ADOS-AC/RC funding is the responsibility of the requesting unit and their higher headquarters. MARFORRES is not the default funding solution. Please ensure prior to requesting to advertise a billet that you coordinate with your Major Subordinate Command or appropriate Comptroller's office. Billets that do not have valid funding are not executable and will be removed from the Billet Advertisement Report.
