4th Marine Division Conducts Sniper Rifle Training

Fourth Marine Division Gunner CWO4 Richard Dunham, positions himself out the side of a Texas Highway Patrol helicopter during aerial sniping practical application at the 9-Mile Training Center in Pecos County, Texas, Sept. 25, 2014.
