Final Flight

Maj. Gen. William T. Collins, commanding general of 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Forces Reserve, prepares for takeoff in a MV-22 Osprey before he conducts his final flight with Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 764 (HMM-764), Marine Aircraft Group 41, 4th MAW, before they officially reached full operational capability at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., April 27, 2016. His final flight signified his trust and confidence with the Marines of HMM-764 as they reach their last major milestone to become completely combat ready and deployable.
