2016 MARFORRES Civilians of the Year

Lt. Gen. Rex C. McMillian, commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North, presents Jodi M. Lara, assistant officer in charge of the orders processing section, Installation Personnel Administration Center, with the 2016 Junior Civilian of the Year award at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Jan. 4, 2017.
