End of Duty: a LCpl. Smarr Story
A letter written by Lance Cpl. Nicholas Smarr to his mother while he was in recruit training, is displayed at the Smarr residence in Americus, Ga., Dec. 6, 2018. Smarr served as a police officer for the Americus Police Department before being killed in the line of duty on Dec. 7, 2016.
