Pittsburgh native awarded Reservist of the Year
After the Enlisted Awards Parade on Sept. 26, Gen. James F. Amos, commandant of the Marine Corps, and Sgt. Maj. Micheal P. Barrett, sergeant major of the Marine Corps, were invited to remain on Lejeune Field at Marine Corps Base Quantico to visit with the award winners. Sgt. Dante Capane was selected to receive the award and represent the best of the 39,000 Marine Reservists.
