Hello and welcome to the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing webpage. If you are interested in joining 4th MAW, I trust this site will provide the information you are looking for. Career opportunities for Pilots, Officers, and Enlisted Marines have been outlined at the links below. Your journey starts here.

For over 80 years 4th Marine Aircraft Wing has remained ready, relevant and responsive. Born in the Pacific, 4th MAW’s Marines and Sailors have seen engagements in Korea, Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and the Global War on Terrorism. Today, with the implementation of Force Design 2030, 4th MAW remains operationally ready to combat the growing threats and challenges within the Information Environment and Indo-Pacific region.

The Marine Corps’ future efforts will substantially depend upon the talent maintained within the Active Component and Selected Marine Corps Reserve. I need the best and brightest right here at 4th MAW, and talent recruitment and management is at the forefront of all our decision-making. Our team bench is deep only if we attract those with the desire to serve in the most dispersed and complex Marine Aircraft Wing in our Marine Corps.

Contact us today to learn more about the ways you can continue your call to service.

Fights On,

MajGen Len “Loni” Anderson
Commander, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing
