DOD Civilian Contractor Mobilization Processing

The DPC/RSU-East Contractor Replenishment Cell (CRC) aboard Camp Lejeune conducts pre-deployment (mobilization) and post-deployment (demobilization) processing for DoD Contractors and Civilians tasked to support Marine forces engaged in OCONUS Contingency Operations. This processing includes medical evaluations, equipping, and training.

Reservation requests will be submitted utilizing the “CRC Request Form” and submitted to the CRC Chief via email.  Requests must be submitted no later than 10 days and no sooner than 60 days of the desired training period.

Mobilization week will be no less than four days to ensure successful completion of all DoD (AO) requirements, and will consist of medical screening, gear draw, and classroom training.

During mobilization the following training will be provided:

Basic First Aid
Law of War
CBRN
COSC
C-IED
SAPR/ UVA

DPC/RSU-East conducts post-deployment processing for all DoD Contractors and Civilians who originally completed pre-deployment processing at DPC/RSU-East.  The post-deployment processing duration is a minimum of one business day to complete all requirements. Demobilization will consist of medical screening/check out, gear return, and Geneva Convention Common Access Card return.

DPC/RSU-East Medical branch will screen and evaluate DoD Contractors and Civilians before and after deployment.

During mobilization week, DoD Contractors and Civilians will draw gear from the Individual Issue Facility (IIF) aboard Camp Lejeune.  Gear will be returned to the same IIF aboard Camp Lejeune during demobilization.
