Age, 43 Staff Sergeant Christopher K. A. Slutman was killed in action while conducting combat operations near Bagram, Afghanistan. He was assigned to Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, 25th Marines in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. He was deployed as part of the Georgia Deployment Program-Resolute Support Mission. He died on April 8, 2019.
